The registration procedures are explained in Chinese standard GB/T 26231 "Information technology - Open systems interconnection - National numbering system and registration procedures for object identifiers (OID)".
Child OIDs are assigned as follows:
0-999: National body1000 - 10000: Standard10001 - 20000: Standard organization, where national standard committee TC nnn has number 12nnn20001 - 47999: Public organization100000 - 15999999: Organization except the above.

China also uses OID: {joint-iso-itu-t(2) country(16) cn(156)} where organizations are listed.
