At its plenary meeting on 24 Jan 2014, ITU-T SG 17 noted that, according to an agreement signed by the administration representing Andorra in ITU, the Secretariat General del Govern is the registration authority for this OID. This decision was further noted by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at its plenary meeting on 21 Feb 2014.
