DESCRIPTION "Parameter Type = Internal.
Maximum of 32 partitions per node.
If the node is a dedicated CNMS node, only the
entry for CNMS (partition ID 1) exists. The
rest of the entries are empty.
If the node is a dedicated user node, only the
entries for CNMS (partition 1) and the
partition ID of the user exist. The rest of
the entries are empty.
If the node is a shared node, the entry for
CNMS (partition 1) always exists. Thirty-one
other entries with partitions 2 through 1023
can be created. These entries represent user
partitions that have access to the node."
