The Event ID is an 16-digit hexadecimal number (0-F) with an optional prefix of '0x' or '0X'. The Event ID can be full specified with the 16 hexadecimal characters or can be specified with an asterisk ??wild card character in any of the right 8 most characters. The wild card capability allows for excluding a group of similar events. If Service Advisor Terms and Conditions are accepted, an event can be added into the exclusion list.
