DESCRIPTION
"If the value of this variable is set to 1, the configuration changes
made since the system was last re-initialized will take effect.
In GET operations, the value taken by this variable indicates the
result of the last operation: ok (2), if it was made succesfully;
error (3), if the operation failed; the value undefined (4)
indicates that operations of this type have not been made yet."
