DESCRIPTION
"Each MAU port may be enabled or disabled for insertion.
Enabling a port means that if some station should attempt to
insert on that port then it will be connected into the ring.
Disabled means that any station currently connected into the
ring on this port will be removed and that subsequent
insertion requests will be denied."
