DESCRIPTION
"This object is used to create and delete SSL certificates.
Setting the value to create(1) will create an SSL certificate.
Setting the value to delete(2) will delete an SSL certificate.
Setting the value to other(3) will result in a wrongValue error.
When retrieved, the object will return the value of the last
value set, or other(3) if the object has never been set."
