DESCRIPTION
"Edge mode for input lines.
This object specifies if the corresponding input line should be
recognised immediately as active (edge mode on), or only when the
state remains stable for at least the time specified by
ioInterfaceAlarmDelay (edge mode off). EdgeMode is only meaningful
when the object ioInterfaceAlarmMask is active."
