Marvell Software Solutions Israel (MSSI), known as "RADLAN Computer Communications Limited" before 2007, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marvell Technology Group. The company was founded in 1998 as a spin-off from RND. Eventually, RND was split into two companies: Radware and RADLAN.
Marvell has a technologies partnership with Dell. This is probably why subsequent OIDs are sometimes found with a mention of "Dell" in their definition.
